THE MDJO STORY....SO FAR

mdjo is a highly acclaimed artist known for his mixed media paintings. His subjects are music, cats, ballroom dancing and pop stars.

At this time  is in art, a large social media following very important. With a social media following of a total of 55,000 followers, MDJO understands that.   MDJO started out as an advertising artist in the 80s ... In the 90s MDJO mainly did greeting cards and comics.

2003 was a bad year for MDJO. He suffered 2 strokes and went into a coma. When MDJO came out of that coma, he had to learn everything again.
Especially on the emotional level. For the coma, red was red. Green was green, Blue was blue. And yellow was yellow.
Now every color is an emotion. 

MDJO tries to express this feeling in his art.
